EVER hear of Denied Boarding
compensation.
Overbooking is severly limited today as compared to years ago.
How about compensation to each and every passenger if you are stranded more than 2 hours.
It shoukd be on an increasing scale.

I'm sure Google is doing what it can, in the interim, try Spybot.com to try and clear up your site.

In nearly any other similar situation of holding somebody against their will that would be a case of "Unlawful Restraint" minimum.
